Information on the processing of personal data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").

The Controller of your personal data is Condostrada.pl Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000760895), hereinafter referred to as the "Controller", represented by Marcin Wysocki. The Controller is at the same time the entity processing your personal data. The Controller offers the acquisition of real estate in investments carried out by the Controller's partners. In all matters relating to the protection of personal data and in order to exercise your rights, please contact us by email: rodo@condostrada.pl or by phone at +48 508 034 510.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

    a) telephone or email contact and presenting you with an offer to acquire real estate in an investment in connection with the completion and submission of the contact form by you, which constitutes your consent to the processing of personal data for this purpose (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or

    b) sending you marketing information regarding other investments offered by the Controller and carried out by the Controller's partners, on the basis of your consent, or

    c) taking action at your request before entering into a contract, if such a request has been made by you, including the performance of a real estate intermediation contract and enabling reservation and acquisition of real estate, which involves the transfer of personal data to the Controller's partner offering the property for sale (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or

    d) arranging a meeting with you regarding the services and products offered by the Controller, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Controller (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or

    e) the performance of intermediation contracts between the Controller and partners offering the acquisition of real estate, as well as with other real estate intermediaries cooperating with the Controller, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Controller (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

    Voluntary nature of providing data

Providing personal data is voluntary. Providing personal data is contractually required by the Controller so that contact with you can be established via the form:

    a) first and last name — necessary in order to use the form: failure to provide this data will result in the inability to send the form and present you with the Controller's offer;

    b) telephone number or email address — to send the form, at least one of these must be provided, depending on your preferred form of contact. You may provide both a telephone number and an email address (if you consent to telephone and email contact) or one of them (if you consent only to telephone or only to email contact).

Your personal data will be processed:

    a) until you withdraw your consent to processing, if processing is based on your consent, or

    b) for the time of taking action related to entering into the contract referred to in point 4(c), and after its conclusion — until the limitation period for claims arising from the contract expires, or

    c) with respect to the realisation of the legitimate interest of the Controller referred to in point 4(d) and (e) — until an effective objection is filed or until the legitimate interest indicated in point (d) or (e) has been fulfilled.

Recipients of your personal data may include:

    a) persons performing real estate intermediation activities on behalf of the Controller,

    b) entities providing IT, accounting, marketing, telecommunications or legal services to the Controller,

    c) the developer carrying out the investment in which the property you decide to acquire or for which you make a preliminary reservation will be located.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, to rectify, erase or restrict their processing.

If your personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. If an objection is raised, the Controller will cease processing the personal data unless it demonstrates the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes. In such a case, the Controller will cease direct marketing.

To the extent that you have given consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

Automated decision-making, profiling: Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, but will be profiled in order to select the highest quality of our services.
